'0' is an invalid number of start up parameters. This service takes two start up parameters.

 

 

Cause.

You should get this error when MSSQLServerADHelper service is set to automatic or you started the service manually.

Solution.

The MSSQLServerADHelper service should be set to manual. SQL Server will start and stop the service itself when needed. You should let SQL Server manage it.
